NMS Capital Realty Advisors, LLC Signs $500 Million Financing Agreement
BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES, March 3, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ -- NMS Capital Realty Advisors, LLC (“NMSRA” or “Firm”), the real estate private equity and advisory division of NMS Capital Group, a global focused investment and private equity firm announced today that it has signed a financing agreement for up to $500 Million to be allocated for NMSRA approved real estate debt financing deals.
As previously announced, NMSRA was established to focus on providing direct and indirect financing solutions for construction, senior secured and mezzanine loans to clients and advisory solutions related to real estate sales, recapitalization and restructuring needs across the hospitality, multi-family, office, retail and commercial property sectors throughout the United States. This Firm shall also focus on providing financing solutions to qualified projects and developers utilizing the United States’ EB-5 Program providing bridge and mezzanine financing for approved projects.
