At 6 a.m., Feb. 6, 2017, UAW and its Local 291 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, called a strike against AxelTech, International, Inc. The parties failed to reach an agreement by the Jan. 29 contract expiration deadline. The union has and will continue to, bargain in good faith in attempts to reach a fair and equitable agreement for its members.
