Public consultation: dietary reference values for vitamin K
EFSA has launched a public consultation on its draft scientific opinion on dietary reference values for vitamin K. Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin that plays an important role in blood coagulation and bone mineralisation. This document proposes dietary reference values for vitamin K for adults, infants and children, pregnant and lactating women. EFSA invites interested parties to submit written comments by 24 February 2017.
