The Gazprom Board of Directors took note of the information about the Company's efforts aimed at ensuring compliance with the law on the use of insider information.

It was noted that Gazprom adhered to the Federal Law on Preventing Unlawful Use of Insider Information and Manipulation of the Market and Amending Individual Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation. To that end, the Company regularly tracks changes in the legislation on insider information and makes adjustments to the internal documents, with the insider list updated and forwarded upon request to bidding organizers. Regulatory compliance on the part of Gazprom and its employees is constantly monitored by the Company’s relevant unit.

The Gazprom Management Committee was tasked to continue the efforts aimed at ensuring compliance with the law on the use of insider information.
