Now triomis GmbH, first time Dynamics CRM Partner from Dortmund, Germany announces the availability of their extensions for Dynamics 365.
Dynamics 365 offers a single, scalable toolkit for businesses to address specific needs, such as sales automation, operations, field and customer service. The new Cloud service works perfectly together with Microsoft's other Cloud offers Office 365 and Azure, and provides with AppSource a suitable AppStore for extensions.
Microsoft is combining its current CRM and ERP cloud products into a single cloud bundle called Microsoft Dynamics 365. The new software runs atop Microsoft Azure cloud. The offering includes functionality that once was found in several product lines including Dynamics AX (for Axapta), Dynamics CRM, Dynamics NAV (for Navision)—all products acquired by Microsoft more than a decade ago. First Dynamics CRM and Dynamics AX (now Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations) will be provided as Dynamics 365. The integration of Dynamics NAV will follow in spring 2017.
Even after merging, Dynamics 365 for Sales and Dynamics CRM 365 for Services, formerly Dynamics CRM, have missing functions for sales tax calculation, copying of invoices, offers and orders, as well as mass mailing. However, the functionality of Dynamics 365 can be extended by buying and installing apps. Dynamics Customers are able to install triomis’ VAT Calculator, CopyEntity for copying sales objects as well as Campaign-it for e-mail marketing integration from AppSource marketplace.
Andreas Thurek, CTO and Cloud Chief architect of triomis announced further extensions for automated billing of service contracts and subscriptions, as well as industry templates for veterinary and medical clinics, hotel management and club management. Dynamics 365 for Services is the core of these solutions. The service calendar provides an excellent basis for appointment and resource booking as well as service management.
