CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - Oct 13, 2016) - JLL (NYSE: JLL) today announced the appointment of Suellen Ravanas as Chief Financial Officer, Americas to direct all financial and business planning functions and help drive the region's growth. She will be a strategic advisor to the operating business leaders and M&A team, and will be responsible for strategic planning, reporting, accounting, controls and payroll. Ravanas will be a member of the Americas Executive Team reporting to Greg O'Brien, CEO, Americas and Christie Kelly, CFO. The appointment is effective in late November.

Ravanas comes from Publicis Groupe, the third largest global communications company, where she held the role of North American Chief Financial Officer for all creative agencies, including Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi and Publicis. She previously was North American CFO of Leo Burnett, where she drove the overall corporate strategy and led its finance and operations functions. During this time, she launched new platforms to drive productivity, implemented a new ERP system and successfully integrated acquisitions into the company.

Prior to Leo Burnett, Ravanas spent seven years at PepsiCo in finance and corporate strategy roles across the Tropicana, Gatorade and Quaker Oats brands, including pricing, commercial and sales finance, financial planning and analysis, and M&A. Prior to PepsiCo, she was a principal consultant for eight years with A.T. Kearney in the United States and Europe, where she drove large-scale operational and sourcing programs that delivered strong bottom-line results.
