Brookfield Global Listed Infrastructure Income Fund Inc. declared a monthly distribution of $0.1167 per share, payable on October 27, 2016 to stockholders of record on October 20, 2016. The ex-distribution date is October 18, 2016. Based on the NYSE closing price of $13.27 on October 6, 2016, the Fund's annualized distribution rate was 10.55%.

Brookfield High Income Fund Inc. declared a monthly distribution of $0.060 per share, payable on October 27, 2016, to stockholders of record on October 20, 2016. The ex-distribution date is October 18, 2016. Based on the NYSE closing price of $7.30 on October 6, 2016, the Fund's annualized distribution rate was 9.86%.

Brookfield Mortgage Opportunity Income Fund Inc. declared a monthly distribution of $0.1271 per share, payable on October 27, 2016 to stockholders of record on October 20, 2016. The ex-distribution date is October 18, 2016. Based on the NYSE closing price of $14.94 on October 6, 2016, the Fund's annualized distribution rate was 10.21%.

Brookfield Total Return Fund Inc. declared a monthly distribution of $0.19 per share, payable on October 27, 2016 to stockholders of record on October 20, 2016. The ex-distribution date is October 18, 2016. Based on the NYSE closing price of $22.17 on October 6, 2016, the Fund's annualized distribution rate was 10.28%.
