Israel Public Diplomacy founders meet with state elected officials, business and community leaders during whirlwind trip

"The work of the IPDF is vital in helping the people of Texas and Israel fully comprehend the synergistic relationships that exist between the two states."
— State Representative Charles Doc Anderson
AUSTIN, TX, UNITED STATES, September 29, 2016 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Israeli education and business leaders from the Israel Public Diplomacy Forum made a significant impression on Texas lawmakers and state officials during their 2-week visit to the lone star state. The delegation held substantive discussions with the elected Commissioner of Agriculture, Sid Miller, the State Comptroller, Glen Hegar, Pastor John Hagee, former Lt. Governor David Dewhurst. The delegation also met with members of the Texas Legislature and municipal officials from two of the Nations largest cities, Houston and San Antonio.

Professor Eytan Gilboa, Sharon Evans and Mergers and Acquisition specialist Hillel Schuster have received rave reviews for their on-point analysis of geopolitics in the middle east and its impact on the United States and its 2nd most populous state.

Texas, with the 10th largest economy in the world, has long been recognized as a defender of the state of Israel. But because of discussions with IPDF leaders, state officials are seeking new ways to strengthen ties with the one real democracy in the middle east. From state investment in Israeli bonds to expanded marketing opportunities in the agriculture and water technologies and high-tech industries, Texas leaders like Miller and Hegar are bullish on Israel.

"I am so pleased that IPDF included me in their visit to Texas," said Miller. "Texas and Israel have much in common, including a moral clarity and a sense of purpose. I am looking forward to using the full resources of the TDA to expand trade and marketing opportunities and the transfer of technologies to improve the lives of Texans and Israelis and to strengthen our economies. "

State Representative Charles Doc Anderson, Vice Chairmen of the Agriculture and Livestock Committee and Chairmen of the Aerospace Caucus said that "the work of the IPDF is vital in helping the people of Texas and Israel fully comprehend the synergistic relationships that exist between the two states."

"The people of Texas don't just want to talk about being friends with Israel; they want ti to put they want to put those words into action. IPDF is helping us do exactly that," added Anderson.

IPDF's successful tour of Texas continues with lectures about the energy industry, the challenges facing the next American president and the chaotic landscape of the middle east in meetings in Houston, the Woodlands, and San Antonio.

Dr. Gilboa, Chairman, and founder of the IPDF said he and his team are looking forward to building upon their success in Texas. "We have made lasting friendships during our visit to Texas that will pay dividends for our nation for many years to come."
