The Company plans to develop a 15-unit apartment building. Each apartment will have a townhouse style layout, roof top balconies, and luxury condo level finishes. The project is a "by right project" utilizing SB-1818 bonus density, and construction will commence on or about March 2017 with a projected opening in the Fall of 2018. This is the company's 11th ground up apartment development since 2012, and it's 5th project in the Hollywood sub-market.

Schon Tepler has entered into a co-investment partnership with private investors for the development of the project.
