UCaaS Leader Adds Experienced Technology Executive to Focus on Organizational Transformation

(NASDAQ: BSFT), a global unified communication software as a service (UCaaS) leader, today announced that it has appointed Jeff Kahn as Chief Transformation Officer. In this newly created position, Kahn will oversee Human Resources, and identify strategic initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and help drive BroadSoft's investment in human capital.

Jeff also served as director of investment banking at the Maxim Group LLC, as well as Chief Strategic Officer of Ruder Finn International.
