(OTCQB:SBAZ), the holding company for Mohave State Bank, and Country Bank, announced today the hiring of Randy Austin as Executive Vice President/ Chief Operating Officer.  His primary role will be to oversee the branch and operations functions for Mohave State Bank.

Randy brings almost four decades of experience in community banking.  Throughout his career, Randy has held the titles of Director, CEO, and President for a variety of community banks, most recently as President/CEO of Civic Bank and Trust in Nashville, TN.  In 1998, he was awarded the distinguished recognition as Kentucky Community Banker of the Year.  For the past eight and a half years he has worked as a consultant assisting financial institutions achieve operational efficiency and profitability.
