Edward Hayden, Chief Financial Officer; John Hiraoka, Chief Strategy Officer; and Jason Hoffman, Vice President of Information Security, join Saba's executive team to help lead the next phase of growth for the company.

As CFO, Mr. Hayden will lead Saba's financial operations. His depth of strategic finance expertise includes software and SaaS revenue recognition, corporate strategy, financial modeling, and technical accounting. His 20-year career includes finance leadership roles at leading technology businesses including McAfee, NetApp, and Mercury Interactive, and as an audit manager and CPA at KPMG.

Mr. Hiraoka joins Saba as Chief Strategy Officer to lead product strategy and corporate development. He is a recognized expert in enterprise application design, development, sales and marketing. His 30 years' experience also includes leadership roles in corporate development, organizational strategy, and operational management at Epicor Software, Platinum Software and DataWorks Corporation.

Mr. Hoffman, recognized as an information security executive of the year, takes on the leadership role as Saba's Vice President of Information Security. He is a technology, security, and risk management leader with 25 years of expertise in large and complex healthcare, banking, and technology organizations including Marketo, HP (Autonomy), Verisign, Kaiser Permanente, and Wells Fargo Bank. He is also a certified security expert with CISM, CISSP and CISA certifications.
