(TSX:SBN) (TSX:SBN.PR.A) has declared a monthly distribution of $0.04375 on its Preferred Shares and $nil on its Class A Shares, payable on July 29, 2016 to shareholders of record on July 15, 2016. Due to the decline in the net asset value ("NAV") per unit below $16.50, the Company has suspended distributions on its Class A Shares in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation, which state that "no distributions will be paid on the Class A Shares if the distributions payable on the Preferred Shares are in arrears or if the NAV per Unit is equal to or less than $16.50". The NAV per Unit on June 30, 2016 was $16.35.

To the extent that any portions of the distributions are ordinary taxable dividends and not capital gains dividends, they will be eligible dividends.
