Local San Diego Solar Company, Home Energy Systems Inc., Adds to Installation and Marketing Crew to Sustain Growth

“We’re excited about the growth of solar adoption locally and nationally and that as a result, H.E.S. is able to employ more San Diegans in an industry that helps our people and our planet”
— Ross Williams, V.P.
SAN DIEGO, CA, UNITED STATES, June 23, 2016 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Home Energy Systems (H.E.S. Solar) expands their field and marketing teams to keep up with company and industry growth. Six new employees have been added to the H.E.S. roster to keep up with the steady demand for alternative energy sources in the San Diego area. This expansion will allow Home Energy Systems continue to offer top tier craftsmanship, customer service, professional and efficient installations, effective communication, and cutting-edge information about solar power to it’s publics.

Experts attribute the increased adoption of solar pv to falling cost of solar systems. According to Solar Energy Industry Association (SEIA) in Q1 of 2016 the US reached one million solar installations and the number is expected to double in the next two years. California is the leader in solar adoption across the 50 states installing over 11,000 MW of pv solar in 2015, followed distantly by North Carolina installing 2,087 MW of PV Solar. Whether it’s the falling costs, the increased normalcy of rooftop solar, or the advancement of technology the data predicts the growth to continue.

“We’re excited about the growth of solar adoption locally and nationally and that as a result, H.E.S. is able to employ more San Diegans in an industry that helps our people and our planet,” says Ross Williams, V.P. “This will not only help us keep up with then growing demand for solar power, but also ensure we maintain our premium product and service in the crowded market of options for solar installers.”

The new hires include, Matthew Dattage as a Lead Solar Technician along with five other qualified, professional solar technicians including: Fred Josefosky, Edgar Fernandez, and Jesus Garza, Humberto Torres, Joey Alexandre. All of the new field team members came with a wealth of contractor experience and undergo a thorough solar specific training. Home Energy Systems prides it’s installation crew on being educated solar experts. H.E.S. Solar never compromises its quality of work by using sub-contractors, a practice that can potentially lead to less than excellent solar system installation.

The H.E.S. marketing and communications department added a new member, welcoming Allison Kelley as the newest Marketing Associate to the local company. Ms. Kelley is a native San Diegan who recently returned to the area after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Northern Arizona University. With a wealth of experience in event marketing and social media, H.E.S. management expects her to fit in as a working part of a well-oiled machine.
