Karol is now a part of the Bank's commercial banking team and will focus on the southeastern New York State and the New Jersey marketplace.

Karol joins the Bank after a successful 15-year career in the financial services industry as a former relationship manager at JP Morgan Chase and most recently at Citibank where he served as a director and area manager for the New York boroughs of Queens, Brooklyn and Staten Island as well as the State of New Jersey; at Citibank Karol led business banking teams while partnering with commercial banking peers responsible for relationship management, growth and portfolio retention of Citi's business banking clients.

Mr. Ciechanowski holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Master's Degree in Marketing Management from St. John's University. He is deeply involved in various community not-for-profit organizations and is a USA swimming certified coach.
