Capps as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Mr. Capps will report directly to Platform’s Chief Executive Officer, Rakesh Sachdev.

Mr. Capps comes to Platform from Jarden Corporation, a Fortune 500 broad-based consumer products company, where he most recently served in a similar capacity until its merger with Newell Brands Inc. earlier this year. Previously, Mr. Capps worked with American Household, Inc., until its acquisition by Jarden in January 2005, and as a private lawyer with the firm Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.
