LIVERMORE, Calif., June 08, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of McGrath RentCorp (NASDAQ:MGRC), a diversified business to business rental company, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.255 per common share for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.  The dividend will be payable on July 29, 2016 to all shareholders of record on July 15, 2016. The year 2016 marks the 24th consecutive year that McGrath RentCorp has raised its dividend to shareholders.
