Sonoma Clean Power Approves Petaluma Solar Projects

February 2016 - Sonoma Clean Power, a community choice aggregation, has approved two large-scale solar power projects in Sonoma County, California. Under a power purchase agreement, Sonoma Clean Power will buy power from two projects around Petaluma City developed by Petaluma Solar Millennium Fund and Vaca Solar Millennium Fund. The two projects will supply power for the agency's EverGreen program, which offers customers a 100 percent renewable power option. With a previous one-megawatt project in Cloverdale, Sonoma Clean Power now has three solar projects to provide renewable energy to local communities.
