(the "Company") announced today that it has completed its previously announced amalgamation (the "Amalgamation") with Munbancorp Realty Inc. ("Munbancorp"). Pursuant to the Amalgamation, shareholders of the Company (other than Munbancorp) received one redeemable preferred share of the amalgamated company for each share of the Company held immediately prior to the Amalgamation. Each redeemable preferred share is being redeemed for a price of Cdn$0.39.
