Julie Carman Joins Intapp as Vice President of Business Development; Colleen Osborne Joins as Managing Director for Accounting and Consulting; Intapp Secures ITA Membership

Julie Carman has joined as Vice President of Business Development, while Colleen Osborne has joined as Managing Director. Intapp now has a team of more than 12 employees focused on the Accounting and Consulting Segment globally, and recently became a member of the Information Technology Alliance (ITA).

Julie Carman is a seasoned software executive and entrepreneur who has managed accounting firm relationships and channel sales strategies for SaaS companies including Tallie, Inc. and Bill.com. At Tallie, she launched the company's entry into the accounting market, establishing strategic relationships with marquee accounting firms and technology partners. Ms. Carman also helped to build Tallie's first premium service and support programs for the growing business process outsourcing (BPO) market.

At Intapp, Ms. Carman will drive go-to-market strategy, helping to bring Intapp software to accounting and consulting firms across all product areas -- new business intake, conflicts management, terms management, confidentiality management, integration, workflow and time recording.

Ms. Osborne is based in Boston, and reports to Stuart Douglass, Vice President of Business Development, who leads account management for the segment in North America.
