("Rainmaker") (TSX VENTURE: RIR) announced today that it has terminated the Letter of Intent to acquire FanTech Software Inc. ("FanTech") which was signed on December 7th 2015, with no further obligation on either party. No funds were advanced by Rainmaker to FanTech.

Rainmaker is pursuing other acquisition opportunities and remains open to negotiations with other companies.
