Mike Hayes is a Principal and Managing Director in Vault Consulting's Survey Research practice. He has 15 years of experience exclusively serving the not-for-profit industry, providing survey research and performing highly complex data management and statistical analysis.

Toby Palmer is a Principal and Managing Director in Vault Consulting's Survey Research practice. For more than 15 years he has also served as the technology lead within the practice. As such Toby is responsible for evaluating how technology can best serve the goals of a particular client by assessing project requirements, creating technical specifications, assembling and managing the development team, and leading the technology effort from beginning to end.

Ian Santo Domingo is a Principal and Managing Director and operates primarily within the Survey Research practice. Ian directs major online market research programs, complex industry statistical reports and since 2003, has won, managed, and maintained numerous accounts that are still current Vault clients.

Wes Tomer, CPA, CGMA is a Principal and Managing Director in the Outsourced Accounting practice. Tomer is a CPA with over 18 years of experience providing outsourced accounting, CFO, business advisory and consulting services, specializing in the needs of associations and other nonprofit organizations.

Meredith Vogt is a Principal and Managing Director in the Outsourced Accounting practice. She has more than 20 years of experience exclusively serving the not-for-profit industry, providing outsourced accounting and CFO services as well as a full range of business advisory and consulting services to association and nonprofit clients.
