EnerGulf Director Resignation

Robert Giustra will be resigning as a director of the Company effective as of March 3, 2016. Mr. Giustra joined EnerGulf as a director for an interim period, following the completion of its plan of arrangement merger with Columbus Copper Corporation, a company of which Mr. Giustra was a director. Five months into the merger, the transition of Columbus Copper's assets and operations to EnerGulf is now complete and Mr. Giustra is resigning to focus his attention on other commitments.
