Tampa Bay, Florida–While most authors produce fiction to provide readers with nothing but a quick thrill, former Peace Corps Volunteer, David C. DAVID C. EDMONDS is a former Marine, Peace Corps Volunteer, Senior Fulbright Professor of Economics, academic dean, and federal government official with long experience in Latin America. MARIA NIEVES EDMONDS is former associate provost at St. Petersburg college and is currently chair of the Hispanic Leadership Council and a governor-appointed member of the Juvenile Welfare Board.
