The Nule , Liliana Hernandez Montes, forced disappearance of Álvaro Ignacio Ordóñez  & Osvaldo Redondo : Corruption, Murder and Mafias

BOGOTA, CUNDINAMARCA, COLOMBIA, February 17, 2016 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The Nule cousins ran companies of public and private corruption spreading like a plague from across Colombia.
1994: Miguel Nule Amín and his children Viviana, Miguel y Manuel Nule Velilla formed Santa Helena : real estate concern.
1995: the company changed its name to MNV Construcciones Ltda subsequently run by Miguel, Manuel Nule and their cousin Guido Nule Marino. 

MNV Construcciones is linked to assets of a lawyer specialized in corruption, Liliana Hernández Montes. Actions and miss-actions also link her in the collective forced disappearance of Álvaro Ignacio Ordóñez and his driver Osvaldo Redondo, acting with the  complicity of Consuelo Giraldo Zuluaga's, Ordóñez's own mother and the endorsement of her eldest son, Rafael Eduardo Ordóñez Giraldo, Engineer Lavalin.  

A real estate acquisition by Ordóñez in Palmira was arbitrarily usurped by Hernandez Montes, empowering Consuelo Giraldo to collect rent on the property for herself, leaving her own grandson in misery and deprivation for years, without any shame...

In those years guerrilla triumphed in the region. 1997: in a Nule property, in presence and with the knowledge of the region's landowners, was founded the paramilitary army "Bloque Héroes de los Montes de María". Meanwhile, Miguel, Guido  and his cousin Manuel Nule extended domestic gas networks, built small roads that they never finished, formed a mob of friends, relatives and an empire of corrupted wealth by laundering money abroad. Multiple Nules's advisers as a result are now listed as creditors. For example, in the consortium Bogotá-Fusa, José Guerra Tulena was the link that joined the Nule to big businesses in the bloody decade of  Álvaro Uribe Vélez! 

The Nule cousins cheated everyone, even their own family, including Alejandro Char Chaljub, burdened by debts involving the National Narcotics Directorate.
2001:  the "carrusel de contrataciones" scandals exploded in Bogota, revealing embezzlement crossing Colombia to abroad. The cartel collected remittances by everywhere, raising an enormous amount of capital through unauthorised financial transactions involving banks and leasing companies, and recorded fraudulent inter-company loans that concealed the actual financial situation. There was a maze of corruption involving movable and immovable property, and accounts in the United States, Panama, Ecuador, Guatemala, Venezuela and Switzerland.  

It all amounted to an unprecedented scandal in the history of Colombia compromising prominent authorities and political leaders in collusion with the nefarious dynasties. Many were ultimately convicted of illicit enrichment and active participation in the service of the narco-paramilitarism.

Now imprisoned, the Nule cousins claim to be broke, but they have massive wealth hidden in bank accounts abroad, along with much in the way of assets and properties.  In the "carrusel de contrataciones" there were payments to political figures, drawn in the name of messengers, guards, drivers, who then cashed the individual checks and handed the money over to the real recipients : Machiavellian method on which is expert Hernandez Montes who drew billions of pesos in cash into the accounts of a "family business", inversiones Nuevo Arco Iris. In the transactions appear the signatures of Hernandez Montes's children: a mediocre lawyer Silvio Padrón Hernández and  Andrés Padrón Hernández.  Her mother Sonia Susana Montes Sierra also received payments for billions of pesos as did her sisters Silvia Rosa and Marta Lucia Hernández Montes, the latter married to a lawyer Gustavo Jattib. Him and Rosario Betin Montes, cousin of Hernandez Montes shamelessly and without warning the Ordóñez's family were "witnesses" to the "presumed death judgement" of disappeared Ordóñez--all thought they could bury the matter. 

MNV S. A., the Pandora's Box of the Nule group today has "no assets" to report, just veritable crumbs on the benches.  

In Bogotá, the Nule cousin obtained construction contracts, road business, seized the towing service and minor works without incident. All proceeded along until the construction of TransMilenio works was delivered uncompleted to the administration of Samuel Monero Rojas, who is now in prison. As of today the Nule cousins caused disasters all over Colombia and accumulated a debt of billions of pesos! The prosecution will look at Hernandez Montes very closely for her mass embezzlement and more…
Good news! : the collective crime against humanity of Ordóñez and Redondo do not prescribe. Neither disprove nor confirmand is the alleged lineage of a son arrogated by Hernandez Montes to Ordóñez...

1999: Mario Giraldo Zuluaga, the uncle of Ordóñez asserted that his nephew would "end in a gutter." When asked to elaborate he was silent. But, no state and humanitarian institution can find the missing persons. Amid the storm, his wife, physiotherapist Olga Lucia Uribe de Giraldo, contacted lawyers agreed to "talk" but did not disclose anything of worth. Irrationally as it sounds her son Mario Andrés Giraldo Uribe, an employee of Carvajal SA, who in the past called the Hernandez Montes family "classless Negroes", met with the offspring of Hernandez Montes, who does not share his blood and have never been close to him!!! While his cousin Ordoñez, shortly before disappearing radically cut off any relationship with the family of his mother, the Giraldo themselves,  all of which today looks suspicious to the Prosecuting Attorney. In times of historic change, transitional justice for civilians will prevail:  Hernandez Montes and accomplices will not escape the circle of truth.

As for the Nule cousins, the criminal actions pose questions: Where did they/the cartel spend and/or pass on the stolen billion?

What are the total facts about Hernandez Montes and Giraldo Zuluaga families and the forced disappearance ? Where are Ordóñez and his driver Redondo now? How did certain members of the Giraldo family actually behave,-either by deed or the lack? Can hate lead to such manipulations, lies and cruelty? Motives might be the same that moved the Nule: money!. Hernandez Montes & the Giraldo unsuccessfully tried to hide a collective crime against humanity. In the minds of honest hypocrites is a choice between good and evil possible? No justice can authorize to erase the memory of people. Combat is a realm that cannot be prohibited per se; it can be prevented by events. But those thirsty for justice will be satisfied.
