QCA will offer their customer base access to Uniserve's new managed services offerings and application delivery systems. This is part of the expanding focus on new service offerings to B2B clients by Uniserve.

QCA Systems is a major port electrical engineering and automation integrator in Vancouver and in the BC mining sector. QCA provides complete turnkey control systems for bulk material handling.

On the heels of this agreement the Company has entered into a 3 year agreement with a mining company to provide backup through our data center as well as managed services which includes a disaster recovery process. As part of this direction the Company has entered into a further agreement with a gold mining company in Nevada to provide architecture and program middleware to facilitate maintenance and analytics on data and inventory management. Uniserve has won these contracts as a result of the team of architects and data administrators which has been put in place over the past 6 months who can deliver solutions on time and under budget.

Uniserve has also signed agreements in two new vertical markets for the company. These markets include hospitality and healthcare. Our suite of products has been identified as value specific in these verticals and uptake has been encouraging.
