January 22, 2016 – Farmington, CT – Heroes Home Advantage proudly announces that a group of real estate professionals in Hartford County in Connecticut have joined their program. Heroes Home Advantage has teamed up with Realtor Sandie Terenzi of Universal Properties CT, loan officer James Mangini of First World Mortgage Corporation, home inspector Jon Olmstead of Building Check, LLC, insurance agent Jason Falcone of Falcone Insurance Group, LLC and attorney Keith Hathaway of Hathaway Law Offices, LLC. These partners have demonstrated their commitment to helping those who protect and enrich the lives of Hartford County residents.
Through the Heroes Home Advantage program, Realtors will donate 25% of their entire company’s commission in cash back or credit as allowable per the Realtor's state, and lenders will provide closing credits or other offers of value, as allowable per the lender's state. Attorneys, title agents, home inspectors and home insurance agents will also offer discounted rates or closing gifts to local heroes for each of their services, for a savings up to $5,000.
“Supporting heroes in our local communities is a mission of mine, because my family has a long-standing tradition of public service. I’m a disabled veteran of the United States Army who served during a wartime period. Both grandfathers, and two uncles of mine, are combat veterans. My brother is a New York City police officer, and my sister is a public school teacher.” Said James Mangini, First World Mortgage Corporation. “My family and I have first-hand knowledge of the sacrifice that is made each day. That’s why you (educators, medical professionals, military, law enforcement, clergy, and firefighters) deserve a “little extra” for all you have done. You are everyday heroes making a lasting impact by saving lives, protecting us from harm, and inspiring others to become tomorrow’s leaders. Thank you!”
The Heroes Home Advantage real estate rebate program is available for all members of the military, law enforcement, firefighters, first responders, health care professionals, and teachers. Anyone in those lines of profession is eligible, whether they currently or previously served their country.
