PARIS, Jan. 13, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Under the liquidity contract signed between BOURBON and CM CIC Securities, the following amounts were shown in the liquidity account on December 31, 2015:

For information, on the last half-year liquidity contract statement at June 30, 2015, the following amounts were shown in the liquidity account:

• 31,283 shares

In addition, BOURBON wishes to inform the market of the identity change of the market maker. As of January 1, 2016, CM-CIC Securities became CM-CIC Market Solutions. They will continue to undertake the tasks entrusted to it under the liquidity contract for BOURBON shares on the regulated market of NYSE Euronext in Paris.
