(COTI) (TSX VENTURE: COT) (OTCQB: COTQF), announced today that 147,850 stock options were awarded to a director under the Company's Stock Option Plan. The award was made as a retainer for his service on the Board and its committees in accordance with the directors' compensation program effective October 2015. The options are exercisable at $0.305 and vest in equal amounts on January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 15, 2016 with an expiry date of October 14, 2020.
