Solarvest Completes Settlement With Quinsam Capital


/EINPresswire.com/ -- VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/04/16 -- SOLARVEST BIOENERGY INC. (TSX VENTURE: SVS) ("Solarvest" or the "Company") announces that it settled the sum of $25,425 due to Quinsam Capital Corporation under the previously announced Fiscal Advisory Agreement. Pursuant to a letter agreement the accumulated outstanding sum of $25,425 was settled through the issuance of 101,700 common shares at a deemed price of $0.25 per share.

The common shares issuable pursuant to the purchase agreement will be subject to resale restrictions for a period of four months from the closing date under applicable securities legislation.
