The units of the Trust (the "Units") were delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange as of the close of trading on December 16, 2015. The net assets of the Trust will be distributed to holders of units of the Trust ("Unitholders") of record as of December 21, 2015. It is expected that the amount distributed will be $7.95 per Unit. The distribution is scheduled to be made on or about December 22, 2015.
