Shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2015 will receive a distribution in the form of a capital gains dividend of $0.05 per share, payable on or about January 14, 2016. Star Portfolio Corp. will elect that the dividend be deemed to be a capital gains dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial and territorial legislation.
