Arms Control and International Security: Assistant Secretary Thomas Countryman Travels to Belgium and the United Kingdom
From December 10-11, Assistant Secretary Thomas Countryman will be in Brussels to deliver remarks on nonproliferation to the NATO Committee on Proliferation, and consult with EU counterparts on a full range of nonproliferation and disarmament issues at the U.S.-EU High-Level Dialogue on Nonproliferation, Disarmament, Arms Control, and CBRN Risk Mitigation.
On December 14, Assistant Secretary Countryman will be in London to deliver remarks to Parliamentarians and other invited guests of the Henry Jackson Society on the Prague Agenda. From December 14-16, he will attend a Wilton Park conference for discussions about the Treaty on the Nonproliferation of Nuclear Weapons.
