Private-Equity Firm Opens Toronto Office to Continue Its Growth Plans
/EINPresswire.com/ -- VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - November 26, 2015) - Regimen Partners is pleased to welcome two senior managers to the Vancouver-based private-equity firm.
Michael Walsh joins as Executive Vice-President, Corporate Development. In that role, he leads the firm's capital-raising efforts, identifies and evaluates potential acquisition candidates and supports the operational side of the firm. He is based in Vancouver.
Bill Murray joins as Director, Private Equity. He focuses on identifying new business opportunities and conducting transactions within Ontario and Eastern Canada. He is based in Regimen's recently opened Toronto office.

Walsh worked for almost two decades as Chief Financial Officer at Burnaby's Creation Technologies, an international electronics design and manufacturing company. He was a key member of Creation's M&A team, where he helped structure a number of international acquisitions for the firm. Walsh holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance and an MBA.
Murray brings 20 years of experience in the financial industry with such organizations as National Bank Financial and Versant Partners. He has worked on transactions spanning venture-stage to large-capitalization companies in aerospace, consumer products, tech and other sectors. He has an MBA and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
