Distributions are payable December 10, 2015 to shareholders on record as of November 30, 2015.

Since inception (August 7, 2007) Class A shareholders have received a total of $3.85 per share and Preferred shareholders have received a total of $4.37 per share inclusive of this distribution, for a combined total of $8.22 per unit.
