Goshen Area Real Estate Professionals Pay It Forward with Heroes Home Advantage
November 13, 2015 – Goshen, NY – Heroes Home Advantage proudly announces that real estate agents Jeanine Panarelli, Ann Marie D’Aliso, Christina Rodrigues, Connie Tetzlaff, Lucille Cimorelli, Mary Ellen Rivieccio, Rebecca Wilhide and Susan Schuster of Panarelli Realty in Orange County have renewed their commitment to giving back to their local Heroes for a second year. Home inspector Keith Allen of Home Advantage Inspection Services and loan officer Michael Giannetto of Residential Home Funding have also renewed their partnerships to give credits and discounts for a second year.

The real estate rebate program provides rebates, discounts and credits to local heroes who are purchasing or selling a home. This group of real estate professionals has demonstrated their commitment to helping those who protect and enrich the lives of Orange County residents for the past year. Through the Heroes Home Advantage program, the Realtors with Panarelli Realty will donate 25% of their entire company’s commission in cash back or credit as allowable per the Realtor's state. Lenders and home inspectors will also be providing discounts and credits to their hero clients through the program.

“Walter Weaver was an ESU police officer Truck #3 out of the Bronx. He was a part of my family as he was my brothers’ best friend since they were little. They did everything together and even after they were grown, there wasn’t a special occasion or holiday when Wally wasn’t with us. Wally and my brother were both planning their weddings when Wally responded to the tragic events of 9/11. He was trying to rescue an elevator full of people in one of the Towers. His sergeant told us later on that he heard Wally on the radio telling the passengers of that elevator that he would not leave them, no matter what. When that building collapsed, he went down with the passengers he was trying to save. Whether or not he would have had enough time to get out of the tower and save himself, we will never know. Wally said he wouldn’t leave them and he didn’t. He paid the ultimate sacrifice while doing the job that he loved so much.
