DOE Seeks Comment on Regional Standards Enforcement Plan
DOE has proposed regulations setting forth how the Department would enforce the regional standards for central air conditioners and is seeking comment from the public about the enforcement plan. The proposed rule was developed by a working group of efficiency advocates, manufacturers, utility representatives, contractors, and distributors.
