Commissioner Malmström in Ukraine

This afternoon, EU Trade Commissioner Cecilia Malmström is travelling to Kiev, Ukraine.
Tomorrow, Friday, she will meet with Ukrainian representatives to discuss the implementation as of 1 January 2016 of the agreement on a Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA) between the EU and Ukraine. The related reforms will also be discussed. In Kiev, Commissioner Malmström will meet with President Petro Poroshenko, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin and Minister for Economy and Trade Aivaras Abromavičius. A press point with President Poroshenko and Commissioner Malmström is planned for noon tomorrow at the Presidential Administration building in Kiev. Commissioner Malmström will also blog tomorrow during her visit, around lunchtime. Video and photos from Commissioner Malmström's meeting with President Poroshenko and Minister Yatsenyuk as well as the press conference will be made available on ebs in the afternoon.
