Franklin County Real Estate Professionals Pay It Forward with Heroes Home Advantage
November 10, 2015 – Franklin County, OH– Heroes Home Advantage proudly announces that a group of professionals in Franklin County have joined their program. The real estate rebate program provides rebates, discounts and credits to local heroes who are purchasing or selling a home.

Heroes Home Advantage has teamed up with real estate agent Mariya Meyta of AIM Realty Advisors along with Anish Doshi of The State Bank, Arron Bullard of Bullard Insurance Agency, Smith Mitchell of Double Portions, LLC and Ashley Hinton of Contract Processing & Title Agency, LTD. These partners have demonstrated their commitment to helping those who protect and enrich the lives of Franklin County residents.

Participating Realtors donate 25% of their commission as cash back or credits as allowable per the Realtor’s state and lenders will provide a minimum $500 credit as allowable per the lenders state. Their team of professionals offer discounted rates to local heroes for each of their services, for a savings of up to $5,000.

Every time I speak to him after his 24 hour shift at the fire station, he shares inspiring stories with me. From what I witnessed firsthand, just becoming a hero is a long process in itself. The Heroes Home Advantage real estate rebate program is available for all members of the military, law enforcement, firefighters, first responders, health care professionals, and teachers. Anyone in those lines of profession is eligible, whether they currently or previously served their country.
