Global Atlas for Renewable Energy

The International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), in conjunction with more than 50 organizations from 67 nations, developed the Global Atlas for Renewable Energy, which includes a filter for wind projects. The atlas aims to support wind energy development by using more precise data regarding prevailing wind conditions and is freely available to the public. The National Renewable Energy Laboratory served as a partner to the effort; learn more about the global atlas.
