A massive transformation of the GO rail network -- the backbone of regional rapid transit in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, the RER program will increase capacity and reduce travel times. CH2M's scope of work (with subconsultants Turner & Townsend, Comtech and Deloitte) involves harmonizing and advancing Metrolinx's project controls capability to enhance and support the RER Program Management Office as Metrolinx rolls out its network-wide electrification program.
