The cash distribution to be paid on November 23, 2015, in respect of the period from October 1, 2015 to October 31, 2015, for unitholders of record on October 30, 2015 will be $0.03 per trust unit. The ex-distribution date is October 28, 2015.

The annualized distribution of $0.36 per trust unit represents a cash-on-cash yield of 19% based on the closing price of our trust units on the Toronto Stock Exchange on October 14, 2015 of $1.90. Unlike fixed income securities, Eagle has no obligation to distribute any fixed amount and reductions in, or suspension of, cash distributions may occur that would reduce future yield.
