Bridgestone Donates Relief Effort in Japan
TOKYO (October 2, 2015) - The Bridgestone Group would like to express its deepest condolences and sympathy to the victims and those who lost loved ones as a result of Kanto, Tohoku Heavy Rain, which occurred in September, 2015.
To express its sympathies and support relief efforts, Bridgestone Corporation will donate approximately 10 million yen (approximately $83,000 USD) in total through the Red Cross Societies.
The Bridgestone Group and its more than 144,000 employees worldwide sincerely hope for a swift recovery of the people and the areas impacted by this devastating natural disaster.
