EFSA nutrition experts to focus on dietary reference values
A number of EFSA scientific experts will be present to explain the extensive work that the Authority has been carrying out in the area of DRVs over the past years.
The session will include an overview of EFSA’s approach and work on DRVs, as well as presentations on “DRVs: what they can and cannot do” and future challenges in setting DRVs. It will take place on 22 October from 2.30-4.00pm in Room 1 of the Estrel Convention Centre.
The conference, organised by the Federation of European Nutrition Societies (FENS), has the theme “Nutrition and health throughout the life-cycle: science for the European consumer”.
