August 11, 2015 – Coconino County, AZ – Heroes Home Advantage proudly announces that a group of professionals in Coconino County, AZ have joined their program. The real estate rebate program provides rebates, discounts and credits to local heroes who are purchasing or selling a home.

Heroes Home Advantage has teamed up with real estate agents Billie McGraw, Brian Guy, Gabriele Gerlach , Johnathan Mullaney and Molly Silverman of Village Land Shoppe, Karen Flores, Kristine Conklin and Jeremy Magness of Academy Mortgage Corporation, Cabrina Weems, Cynthia Martinez and Winnie Eubanks of Pioneer Title Agency, Dan Hakes of Farmers Insurance , Glenn Leest of Four Peaks Wealth Management and Adam Ashby of Carpet Magic . These partners have demonstrated their commitment to helping those who protect and enrich the lives of Coconino County area residents.

Participating realtors donate 25% of their commission as cash back or credits as allowable per the realtor’s state and lenders will provide a minimum $500 credit as allowable per the lender’s state. Their team of professionals offer discounted rates to local heroes for each of their services, for a savings up to $5,000.
