Arms Control and International Security: Assistant Secretary Frank A. Rose To Travel to United Nations Headquarters in New York
On July 27-31, Assistant Secretary for Arms Control, Verification and Compliance Frank A. Rose will travel to New York for Multilateral Negotiations on an International Code of Conduct for Outer Space Activities. Assistant Secretary Rose will serve as head of the U.S. delegation.
