Can the HPV Vaccine Reduce Risk of HIV?; CBCD Examines New Study

The National Institutes of Health has awarded $146,684 for a study as to whether the HPV vaccine prevents HIV infection. (1)

“Infected with the human papillomavirus (HPV)? The CBCD recommends taking Novirin or Gene-Eden-VIR.” – Greg Bennett, CBCD

A report reveals that The University of California in San Francisco has been awarded a grant by the National Health Institutes (NIH). According to the grant, “Several recent publications indicate that human papillomavirus (HPV) and/or HPV-related disease may play a role in acquisition of HIV infection, similar to other sexually transmitted infections (STIs).” (1)

This is very important because HPV infection may be the most common STI among men who have sex with men (MSM), a group also at very high risk of HIV. As the grant also noted, “If a role for HPV is confirmed, HPV vaccination may contribute to HIV prevention efforts, since effective HPV vaccines are now available.” (1)

HPV also causes cancer. Dr. Supindham and colleagues wrote in another study, which included gay and bisexual men and transgender women, that “HPV infection is common and may (also) cause cancer among men who have sex with men (MSM).” (2) In that study, anal HPV infection was found in 85% of HIV-positive and 59% of HIV-negative individuals. Dr. Supindham is from Chiang Mai University in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The CBCD recommends that individuals infected with HPV take Gene-Eden-VIR or Novirin against the latent virus. The formula of these natural antiviral products was shown to reduce symptoms associated with HPV infection in two separate post-marketing clinical studies that followed FDA guidelines.

The formula of Gene-Eden-VIR and Novirin was tested by Hanan Polansky and Edan Itzkovitz from the CBCD. The studies showed that the Gene-Eden-VIR and Novirin formula is effective against the human papillomavirus, and other viruses. The clinical studies were published in the peer reviewed, medical journal Pharmacology & Pharmacy, the first, in a special edition on Advances in Antiviral Drugs. Study authors wrote that, “individuals infected with the HPV … reported a safe decrease in their symptoms following treatment with Gene-Eden-VIR.” (3) The study authors also wrote that, “we observed a statistically significant decrease in the severity, duration, and frequency of symptoms.” (3)

Novirin and Gene-Eden-VIR are natural antiviral dietary supplements. Their formula contains five natural ingredients: Selenium, Camellia Sinesis Extract, Quercetin, Cinnamomum Extract, and Licorice Extract. The first ingredient is a trace element, and the other four are plant extracts. Each ingredient and its dose was chosen through a scientific approach. Scientists at polyDNA, the company that invented and patented the formula, scanned thousands of scientific and medical papers published in various medical and scientific journals, and identified the safest and most effective natural ingredients against latent viruses.

To date, Novirin and Gene-Eden-VIR are the only natural antiviral products on the market with published clinical studies that support their claims. Note: Novirin has the same formula as Gene-Eden-VIR. However, it contains higher quality and more expensive ingredients.

“According to Joel Palesfsky, project leader for the grant, participants will be recruited in Mumbai with the help of a service organization that provides care to the MSM community there. Researchers will follow the men for one year at six-month intervals for a total of 3 visits. During each visit, 150 men at each site will be given a questionnaire, and researchers will collect HPV DNA samples from their anus, penis, and mouth. Their blood will be tested for HIV. Researchers will perform biopsies of visible anal lesions. The grant said the study will benefit Indian women as well, since many gay Indian men also have sex with females.” (1)

What Treatments are Available that Target HPV?

“There are no drugs approved against the HPV. Current treatments include procedures, such as cryotherapy, conization, and the Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure (LEEP). These procedures use liquid nitrogen, a surgical knife (scalpel), a carbon dioxide (CO2) laser, or electrical current to remove the abnormal growths caused by the HPV. These growths include cells that harbor the active virus. The procedures do not target cells with the latent virus. Since they do not remove the latent virus, these procedures only produce a temporary remission.” (3) In contrast, Novirin and Gene-Eden-VIR were designed to target the latent HPV.

The CBCD therefore recommends that individuals infected with the HPV virus take Novirin or Gene-Eden-VIR.

All orders of Gene-Eden-VIR and Novirin are completely confidential, and no information is shared or sold to any third party. Privacy is assured.
