(http://webfoliomanagement.com) announced that it has acquired a majority stake in Online PR Media (http://onlineprnews.com) for an undisclosed sum. The cash plus equity deal bolsters Webfolio Management's online presence in the B2B service space.

Online PR Media founders Tara Geissinger and Christine O'Kelly will continue to guide growth for the Webfolio team in a consulting capacity. O'Kelly commented, "After 5 years successfully building this press release business, we're ready to focus on other ventures and transition day-to-day operations to a larger team."
