MediaTechnics' wholly-owned subsidiary, Evergreen Systems Incorporated, has nearly completed development of BlazeNow™ (www.blazenow.com), a suite of mobile apps for the iOS (Apple) and Android operating systems engineered to provide product and location-specific advertising as well as a mutually beneficial consumer review system for dispensaries, doctors and delivery services to the burgeoning legal cannabis industry. The target release date is April 20, 2015. MEDT has also made unique developments in the science behind indoor cultivation lighting which American Green plans to adopt, complete, and take to market as a joint initiative. In addition, the company is planning a unique call center focused on the legal cannabis market and will be selling American Green products on a revenue sharing basis.
