With Bodie Investment the Legal Action to be Dismissed

TUSTIN, CALIF., USA, February 12, 2015 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Marani Brands (OTC Pink: MRIB) The Company and Bodie Investment Group have reached a settlement agreement, The Company has agreed to reinstate the original convertible note dated Feb 2, 2010 for $100,000.00 in its entirety.
The Parties agree that this Agreement shall not be deemed or construed to be an admission or evidence of any violation of any statute or law or of any liability or wrongdoing by Parties, or that any of the potential claims or allegations arising out of the Action are true or have merit, except as expressly provided in the settlement Agreement. The Parties agree that they have entered into this Agreement to avoid the burden, expense, and uncertainties associated with litigating the claims and allegations in the Action; the Parties agree that it is in their mutual best interests to fully and finally settle and resolve all of their differences in accordance with the terms of the settlement Agreement.
